RHF and BIPA Conclude Second Edition of ‘Intilaqah’ Programme

Manama: The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) and the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA) concluded the second edition of the Intilaqah programme, held with the participation of a group of RHF beneficiaries. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of BIPA, and Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Secretary General of RHF.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa stated that the programme built on the success of its first edition and aligned with national efforts to develop young Bahraini talent. This initiative reflects the visions of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the honorary president of RHF, and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to empower youth and enhance their capabilities.

She acknowledged the support of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the RHF Board of Trustees. The programme aims to create opportunities for youth to realise their aspirations, and she commended the cooperation between BIPA and RHF in fostering leadership skills among its members.

Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa noted that the programme reflects the vision of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa to nurture and develop Bahraini youth. This initiative enables them to face professional challenges confidently and contribute to national development.

The RHF Secretary General expressed gratitude to BIPA for its cooperation and acknowledged the support of organisations involved in the practical training phase, including Aramex Bahrain, Bahrain Islamic Bank, Al Zayani Investments, and GRAMCO.

The Intilaqah programme trained 22 participants aged between 18 and 24 over two months, preparing them with essential professional and career skills for the labour market and future leadership roles.
