Manama: Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Daina, Minister of Oil and Environment and Special Envoy for Climate Affairs, engaged with participants from the eleventh intake of the Prime Minister's Fellowship Programme during their field visit to the Ministry of Oil and Environment. The interaction aimed to provide insights into the ministry's responsibilities and its critical programmes, projects, and initiatives in the oil and environment sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. bin Daina highlighted the significance of investing in national talent and developing specialized skills, knowledge, and expertise to advance Bahrain's comprehensive development process. This process is led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and supported by the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He emphasized that the Prime Minister's Fellowship Programme serves as an advanced national model for nurturing Bahraini talent, enhancing government performance, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and institutional leadership.
Dr. bin Daina also discussed national priorities and initiatives focused on environmental protection and climate change. He elaborated on efforts to advance the oil sector and enhance resource efficiency, aligning with sustainable development goals and Bahrain's environmental and climate commitments.
