UAE Capital Markets Temporarily Closed Until Further Notice

Abu dhabi: The United Arab Emirates Capital Market Authority has announced the closure of the country's capital markets, including the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), effective from Monday, March 2, until further notice.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Authority stated that this decision was made as part of its supervisory and regulatory responsibilities in alignment with applicable laws and regulations. The Authority emphasized its commitment to closely monitoring regional developments and continuously assessing the situation to determine any additional necessary measures.

The UAE Capital Market Authority urged all investors and relevant stakeholders to follow its official communication channels, along with the platforms of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets, to receive the latest updates or any further decisions regarding the closure.
