Abu dhabi: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, chaired a pivotal UAE Cabinet meeting. Sheikh Mohammed emphasized the nation's commitment to its developmental trajectory despite evolving circumstances, underscoring the ongoing execution of projects, economic growth, and a transformative approach to government services via artificial intelligence.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Cabinet has sanctioned the launch of the Cabinet AI Advisor system, which aims to enhance government decision-making processes and expedite policy and project assessments with the help of 32 specialized AI advisors. This initiative is coupled with a program to equip 22,000 teachers and educators with AI tools, and the introduction of an AI curriculum across all UAE schools. The UAE's educational advancements will be shared with the global educational community, as reported by the Emirates News Agency (WAM).
Additionally, the Cabinet approved the agenda for the UAE Government Annual Meetings set for November 8-10 and assessed the outcomes of government digital transformation in 2025, which saw over 308 million digital transactions. The Cabinet also greenlit the National Ecotourism Policy and reviewed progress on the National Strategy to Combat Desertification 2030. A national framework for statistical work and policies to bolster entrepreneurship and autonomous vehicles were also approved.
