UAE and Egypt Presidents Discuss Bilateral Relations and Regional Issues

Abu dhabi: His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, met with Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, in Abu Dhabi.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussions focused on strengthening relations and cooperation in various fields, particularly those that align with the development goals of both nations. The meeting also covered regional and international issues of mutual interest, with a specific focus on developments in the Middle East.

Both leaders underscored the importance of implementing the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip effectively and ensuring that sufficient humanitarian aid reaches civilians in need. They also highlighted the necessity of working towards a just and comprehensive peace based on the two-state solution to enhance regional security and stability.
