Supreme Council for the Development of Education and Training approves BQA reports

The Supreme Council for the Development of Education and Training headed by Deputy Prime Minister His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa has approved a new set of periodic reports of the Education & Training Quality Authority (BQA).

The reports aim to monitor the quality of educational and training institutions’ performance, and the results of listing and placing qualifications Academic and training on the National Qualifications Framework.

The council approved reports of reviewing the performance of three academic programs in higher education institutions, the results of listing one institution, placing five national qualifications on the National Qualifications Framework, and the date for reviewing the authority to obtain recognition from the World Federation of Medical Education (WFME).

The Council approved the proposal for the annual report BQA for 2021, according to which it decided to submit it to the Cabinet for final approval.

Youth and Sports Affairs Minister Aymen bin Tawfiq Almoayyed and BQA Chairman of the Board of Directors, affirmed that the authority is continuing to implement its plans and present its development proposals; To advance education and training institutions in the Kingdom, with the firm support of the esteemed government, and under the direct guidance and follow-up of Deputy Prime Minister HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa.
