Manama: Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, extended congratulations to Ahmad Safadi, Speaker of the Jordanian House of Representatives, and Faisal Akef Al Fayez, President of the Jordanian Senate, on the occasion of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan's Independence Day. He emphasised Bahrain's commitment to strengthening parliamentary cooperation and advancing the strategic partnership with Jordan in support of the shared interests of both countries and their peoples.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Musallam highlighted the strong ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, noting the steady development of relations under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, and with the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and His Royal Highness Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, Crown Prince of Jordan.
The Speaker also congratulated Rami Saleh Wreikat Al Adwan, Ambassador of Jordan to Bahrain, and wished Jordan further progress and prosperity.
