Ljubljana: Dr. Robert Golob, Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia, welcomed several Arab foreign ministers during an official visit to Slovenia. Present at the meeting was Tanja Fajon, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovenia.
According to Bahrain News Agency, attendees included His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia; Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Jordan; Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Egypt; Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain; and Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Qatar.
The Slovenian Prime Minister conveyed his government's appreciation for the Arab ministers' participation in the joint talks. He highlighted the strong relations between Slovenia and the Arab nations and emphasized the importance of enhancing cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
Discussions during the meeting included regional and international developments, with a focus on resolving conflicts through dialogue and diplomatic solutions. The leaders also discussed efforts towards achieving lasting peace in the Middle East.
