Vice President of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) and President of the Court of Cassation Counsellor Abdullah bin Hassan Al Buainain said that the council is preparing the procedural requirements to implement the Decree-Law 22/2021, promulgating the issuance of the Execution Law in the Civil and Commercial Matters.
The counsellor affirmed that this improvement in the judicial and justice system is an embodiment of the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Al Buainain issued instructions for the law to be effective on March 17, 2022 as scheduled.
He highlighted coordinating with the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments regarding the legal, administrative and technical requirements necessary to implement the law.
