Manama: The German Embassy in Bahrain has unveiled "Artists in the Residence," a unique cultural initiative aimed at transforming the German Ambassador's residence with contemporary Bahraini art. This collaboration showcases the works of renowned Bahraini artists Adnan Al Ahmad and Aysha Hafez, in partnership with the RAK Art Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to empowering artists by providing opportunities for visibility, development, and community connection.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the "Artists in the Residence" project marks a new era in Bahrain-Germany cultural collaboration, enhancing artistic dialogue and fostering mutual appreciation through shared creativity. Clemens Hach, the Ambassador of Germany to Bahrain, expressed his gratitude for the artistic transformation of his residence, noting how the artworks of Al Ahmad and Hafez complemented each other and the space.
