Qatar: The Ministry of Interior of the State of Qatar announced that the competent authorities have evacuated residents living near the United States Embassy as a temporary precautionary measure to safeguard public safety.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Ministry confirmed via its official account on the 'X' platform that alternative accommodation has been arranged for those affected, in line with the preventive measures taken.
The Ministry also called on the public to remain indoors and avoid leaving their homes unless necessary, while complying with official instructions issued by the relevant authorities to ensure public safety.
It further reiterated its earlier warning issued on Wednesday against gathering at incident sites, approaching such areas, or filming and sharing related footage.
