Kuwait city: The National Cybersecurity Centre in Kuwait has successfully detected and contained cyber threats targeting several digital systems across the country. The technical teams managed to handle these threats efficiently, ensuring that no disruption occurred to essential services or the digital infrastructure.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Abeer Al Awadhi, head of the National Cybersecurity Centre, stated that the centre's monitoring and follow-up system was able to identify these cyber activities early. Immediate and proactive measures were implemented to contain the threats, adhering to established protocols, which underscored the centre's preparedness in facing cyber challenges and maintaining the stability of digital systems.

Al Awadhi emphasized that the centre is continuously working to monitor the national cyberspace by employing advanced technologies. It also coordinates with government entities and critical facilities to provide the highest protection levels. She urged citizens and residents to rely on official sources for information and to ignore rumors on social media, highlighting the importance of public awareness in bolstering cybersecurity.
