Manama: The National Action Charter Monument hosted a two-day visit by a delegation from the Isa Royal Military College.
According to Bahrain News Agency, during the tour, the delegation was introduced to the monument's main exhibition and its purpose of commemorating the national referendum on the National Action Charter held on February 14, 2001. The visitors explored key milestones in the Kingdom of Bahrain's history, its development, and its civilisational achievements.
The visit also included an overview of Bahrain's rich cultural heritage and the documented contributions of its people.
At the conclusion of the visit, members of the delegation expressed their appreciation for the monument's role in preserving Bahrain's historical legacy and showcasing national achievements through interactive displays and audiovisual technology. They also commended the monument's feature honouring the 220,000 citizens representing a 98.4% turnout who participated in the historic referendum, with their names inscribed on its walls.
