Manama: Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, highlighted the recognition by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, of the Northern and Southern Municipalities for achieving Gold classification under the fifth cycle of the Government Service Centres Evaluation Programme "Taqyeem 5." He noted that this recognition serves as a motivator for the continued development of public services and is a source of pride for the Ministry's staff.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Mubarak stressed that the directives from His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation in government work guide the Ministry's efforts to provide high-quality, citizen-focused services. He reiterated the Ministry's dedication to enhancing customer service centres and improving institutional performance.
Lamia Yousif Al Fadhala, Director General of the Northern Municipality, expressed pride in the recognition of the Customer Service Centre in A'ali. She noted that the Gold classification under "Taqyeem 5" promotes further improvement in municipal services and supports innovation in direct-to-public service delivery.
Isa Abdulrahman Al Buainain, Director General of the Southern Municipality, stated that the Gold classification awarded to the Southern Municipality's Customer Services Centre reflects the municipality's institutional excellence and staff competence. He emphasized that this recognition encourages efforts to enhance service quality and meet public expectations.
