Manama: Hasan Eid Bukhammas, Member of the Council of Representatives and Chairman of the Foreign Affairs, Defence and National Security Committee, affirmed full support for the remarks of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, noting that they reflect the public position in Bahrain and clearly distinguish between firm national positions and those who failed to uphold their duty.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Bukhammas said HM the King’s affirmation that Bahrain is a trust borne by all its citizens represents a firm national principle that allows no neutrality or compromise. He added that the Iranian aggression exposed those who aligned with the enemy, those who supported them, and those who attempted to justify their actions, at a decisive national moment that leaves no room for ambiguous positions.
Bukhammas stressed that responsibility within the legislative authority is a national duty that requires full commitment to national principles and the country’s higher interests, with no deviation from these standards.
He commended the Bahrain Defence Force and security agencies for their high readiness and professionalism in protecting the nation. He said their efforts reflect strong national capability and commitment to safeguarding Bahrain’s security and stability.
