Manama: His Excellency Anwar Ibrahim, the Prime Minister of Malaysia, along with his delegation, visited the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB) during his official visit to Bahrain. The visit underscored the ongoing bilateral relations and economic partnerships between Malaysia and Bahrain.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting was attended by key Bahraini officials, including Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Noor bint Ali AlKhulaif, Minister of Sustainable Development and Chief Executive of Bahrain EDB; Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce; and Dr. Waleed Khalifa Al Manea, Ambassador of Bahrain to Malaysia. Senior representatives from Bahrain's investment promotion agency were also present.
During the meeting, Noor bint Ali AlKhulaif presented a comprehensive overview of Bahrain's value proposition and competitive advantages for investors aiming to enter the regional market. She highlighted Bahrain's commitment to economic growth and diversification, emphasizing the Kingdom's strong ties with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and its strategic importance to investors.
