Manama: Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, received Dr. Asif Nazrul, Advisor to the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs and Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The meeting was attended by Mohammad Rais Hasan Sarower, Ambassador of Bangladesh to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Minister Al Maawda commended the longstanding ties between Bahrain and Bangladesh, and the ongoing development across various domains, serving the common interests of both countries and their peoples.
The meeting also reviewed means to enhance joint cooperation in legal and judicial domains of mutual interest, contributing to the development of the justice system and the exchange of expertise between both sides.
