Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,975.76 points, marking an increase of 9.61 points above the previous closing. This rise is attributed to gains in the financial sector, material sector, and consumer staples sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw positive movement, closing at 960.54 points with an increase of 16.70 points from its previous closing. The results showed that 68 equity transactions took place with a volume of 2,463,431, amounting to BD 627,659.
Investors predominantly traded in the financial sector, which represented 67.78% of the total value of securities traded.
