Abu dhabi: Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (IPA), participated in the 13th Annual GOV HR and Youth Summit held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The event featured the participation of several leaders and decision-makers from the fields of public administration and human capital development.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Shaikha Rana emphasized the importance of empowering individuals as a fundamental aspect of achieving sustainable development and institutional advancement. She highlighted that investing in human capital is the most valuable investment for building a future that aligns with national visions and aspirations.
Dr. Shaikha Rana pointed out that true leadership begins with the individual and fostering a culture of empowerment within institutions is crucial. She explained that such an environment encourages innovation and creativity, which enhances an institution's capacity to launch impactful initiatives and developmental projects that can adapt to change and meet future aspirations.
Furthermore, she confirmed that the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration would continue its efforts to develop government competencies and cultivate leaders capable of driving change and managing institutional transformation. Dr. Shaikha Rana also mentioned that strengthening partnerships between the public and private sectors is essential in building integrated and sustainable systems that contribute to achieving national objectives.
