Manama: The Interior Ministry has implemented precautionary measures, effective from this morning, as part of its proactive and preventive strategy to maintain public safety and ensure readiness for civil emergency management in response to recent regional security developments.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the ministry released a statement expressing gratitude to the public for their cooperation and understanding of these temporary measures. These steps are designed to facilitate administrative or security tasks as needed. The ministry confirmed that all government institutions are operating normally, continuing their usual functions efficiently in line with established plans to enhance civil protection and public safety.
The ministry further explained that, depending on circumstances, awareness messages and guidelines for various situations will be communicated through the National Civil Protection Platform, official Interior Ministry accounts, and the "MyGov" application.
The ministry also called on all citizens and residents to adhere to the instructions of official authorities, ensure information is sourced from official channels, and avoid spreading rumours.
