Deputy Prime Minister Meets Outgoing Palestinian Ambassador, Reaffirms Support for Palestine

Manama: Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, received Taha Mohammed Abdel Qader, the outgoing Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Kingdom of Bahrain. During the meeting, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah emphasized Bahrain's commitment to strengthening cooperation with Palestine, highlighting the deep-rooted ties and close fraternal relations between the two countries. He reiterated Bahrain's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and its firm stance in backing the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, particularly the establishment of an independent state following the two-state solution.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah commended the ambassador's efforts in strengthening bilateral relations and advancing shared goals. The discussion also covered key regional and international developments, stressing the importance of intensifying efforts toward achieving a just and lasting peace in the Middle East.
