Manama: Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Nuaimi, Minister of Information, received Abdulrasool Al Hujairy, a photojournalist from Al Bilad newspaper, in recognition of his achievement in winning the Best Photography Award at the 2025 Media Cooperation Forum on Belt and Road, held in Kunming, People's Republic of China. The event featured a photography exhibition with participation from media institutions and organisations representing 87 countries.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Minister congratulated Al Hujairy on this significant achievement, noting that it reflects the competence and creativity of Bahraini media professionals. He highlighted that winning this award at a globally attended forum underscores the ability of Bahraini media to excel and compete on the international stage.
Dr. Al Nuaimi also emphasised the Ministry's commitment to supporting and encouraging talents across media institutions, enabling them to highlight the Kingdom of Bahrain's cultural achievements in regional and global forums.
Al Hujairy expressed that winning the award serves as motivation to continue producing creative work and contribute to enhancing Bahrain's presence in international media arenas.
