HRH Crown Prince of Bahrain Commences Official Visit to Egypt

Cairo: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, has arrived in the Arab Republic of Egypt on an official visit. During this visit, he is scheduled to meet with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and several senior Egyptian officials to discuss strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation in key sectors.

According to Bahrain News Agency, upon his arrival, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister was welcomed by Dr Mostafa Madbouly, the Prime Minister of Egypt, along with other senior officials. HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa expressed his pride in the historic ties between Bahrain and Egypt, highlighting the importance of multi-sectoral collaboration. He noted that his visit underscores Bahrain's commitment, under the guidance of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to further fortify these relations.

HRH Prince Salman praised the progress and development achieved by Egypt under President El-Sisi's leadership. He also reiterated his support for Egypt's role in supporting Arab causes and advancing joint Arab efforts to achieve mutual development goals.

Accompanying HRH Prince Salman is an official delegation that includes Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, Noor bint Ali Al-Khulaif, Minister of Sustainable Development, and several other senior officials from Bahrain. The delegation aims to explore avenues for strategic partnerships and cooperation with their Egyptian counterparts.
