HM King Visits Royal Bahraini Air Force

Isa Air Base: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, visited the Royal Bahraini Air Force (RBAF) today. Upon arrival, His Majesty was received by Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF). His Majesty was accompanied by Lieutenant General His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander. Also in attendance were Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff; Air Vice-Marshal Shaikh Hamad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Commander of the RBAF, and senior officers.

According to Bahrain News Agency, His Majesty began the visit by inspecting a number of newly inducted fighter jets, among the most advanced globally, reflecting the ongoing enhancement of BDF's various units and capabilities. The RBAF Commander then briefed His Majesty on ongoing plans to further modernise the force with cutting-edge systems.

His Majesty expressed appreciation for the dedication and professionalism of the RBAF personnel, noting their high combat readiness and skill. His Majesty praised their cohesive efforts alongside their comrades in other BDF units in fulfilling their national duty to defend the Kingdom, its progress, and the safety of its citizens with unwavering resolve.

His Majesty also acknowledged the role of Bahraini women in the military and their contributions to national advancement across all sectors. His Majesty directed senior RBAF officers to convey his greetings and appreciation to all officers, non-commissioned officers, and personnel across all duty stations, wishing them continued success.
