His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today ratified and promulgated Law (13) of 2022 on amending some provisions of Law No. (13) of 1975 with regards to the Regulation of Pension and Retirement Benefits for Government Employees, which has been approved by the Shura and Representatives Councils.
The Prime Minister and ministers, each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this law which comes into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
