Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued Law (35) of 2026 approving the amendment annex to the Unified Selective Tax Agreement of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states, following its approval by the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Prime Minister and ministers are tasked with implementing the provisions of this law, each within their respective capacities. This law will come into effect on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
