Secretary General of the Higher Education Council Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa received President of the American University of Bahrain (AUBH) Dr. Susan Saxton.
The secretary-general expressed her appreciation for the efforts made by AUBH president to improve the university’s output, reflecting the advanced level of the academic programs offered by the university, the scientific and research expertise it possesses, and human cadres.
She affirmed the Kingdom’s keenness to assure an attractive environment for investment in education, and the implementation of projects aimed at upgrading the higher education sector.
The ABUH President congratulated Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa on the issuance of a royal decree appointing her the Secretary General of the Higher Education Council. She expressed gratitude for the support the university has had on all levels, in Bahrain.
