Royal Court Minister, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, today sent a cable of congratulations to HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Chairman and Royal Endurance Team Captain, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, on winning the 160-km race of the Montalcino International Endurance Championship held in Italy.
Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed asserted that HH Shaikh Nasser’s achievements will enhance Bahrain’s status at continental and international sporting gatherings, as well as inspire Bahraini youth to reach podiums at various competitions.
The Royal Court Minister commended HH Shaikh Nasser’s leadership of Bahraini youth and directives to enhance the status of sports in Bahrain and abroad so as to attain more honourable sports accomplishments for the kingdom, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
He expressed pride in the landmark achievements of Bahraini youth and their efforts to raise the national banners at international gatherings, wishing HH Shaikh Nasser further success.
