Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa congratulated His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, and Captain of the Royal Endurance Team, on winning the 160-kilometer race in the Montalcino International Championship in Rome, as well as the Royal Endurance Team’s victory in the 120-kilometer race.
The minister affirmed that this achievement and all other sport achievements are supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and followed-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which resulted in the development of sports in the Kingdom, highlighting its position in international arenas.
He praised the advanced level of the Royal Endurance Team, headed by HH Shaikh Nasser, and HH’s efforts in training and following up with the team members needs for them to be at such an excellent level.
Shaikh Rashid wished HH Shaikh Nasser success in his efforts to do all that is good for the Kingdom, under the leadership of HM the King.
