Manama: His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court and Chairman of the High Committee of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club, extended his congratulations to His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa following Bay City Roller's victory in the Group 1 Coronation Cup at the Epsom Downs Festival in the United Kingdom. The horse, owned by Victorious Forever, was expertly ridden by Oisin Murphy and trained by George Scott. According to Bahrain News Agency, HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman highlighted that this achievement is a testament to the support given to Bahraini sports by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, along with the guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman also praised the ongoing success of Victorious Forever under the stewardship of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad and HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad, ackno wledging their leadership in bringing pride to Bahraini equestrian sports.
