Graduation ceremonies held for second batch of reservists

A number of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF)’s branches and units today hosted the graduation ceremonies of the second batch of volunteers for the reserve force.

 

The graduation ceremonies were held at the Royal Bahrain Naval Force (RBNF), in the presence of the Commander of the Royal Reserve Force unit, Major-General Muneer Ahmed Al-Subaie, the Royal Bahrain Air Force (RBAF), in the presence of Assistant Chief of Staff for Human Resources, Major-General Shaikh Ali bin Rashid Al Khalifa, and the Military Sport Association, in the presence of Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations, Major-General Ghanim Ibrahim Al-Fadhala.

 

The graduates expressed pride in taking part in the training session which, they said, contributed to rehabilitating them in the military and defence fields, as well as to honing their skills, pledging to be dedicated in defending the nation at various BDF branches.

 

The graduates took the official oath, and were presented with prizes and certificates by the Royal Reserve Force unit Commander, Assistant Chief of Staff for Human Resources and Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations.

 

The training session of the second batch of civilian volunteers of the Reserve Force included the relatives of the affiliates and retirees of the BDF and the National Guard (both military and civilian). It featured theoretical curricula, scientific materials, military applications and field skills that prepared the graduate volunteers to pass the course successfully.
