Manama: Dr. Mariam Athbi Al Jalahma, Chief Executive Officer of Government Hospitals, met with delegations from the Bahrain Cancer Society and Ibn Khuldoon National School (IKNS), where she commended their support in providing a modern dissection station for medical laboratories.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Al Jalahma noted that this reflects the community's contribution to national efforts aimed at enhancing diagnostic services and improving the efficiency of medical laboratories. She emphasized the vital role of the private sector and civil society institutions in supporting and advancing the healthcare sector through initiatives and contributions that enhance medical infrastructure and technologies, aligning with national efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services.
The new dissection station is equipped with advanced technologies that significantly accelerate autopsy procedures and enhance the accuracy of laboratory tests. This development contributes to improved outcomes and enables medical staff to perform their duties more efficiently and in accordance with modern medical standards.
