General Director of Schools Affairs: 86% of parents participated in the first induction day

Manama, Students’ parents turned out in big numbers to take part in the first induction day.

General Director of Schools Affairs Dr. Mohammed Mubarak bin Ahmed reports a turnout of 86 percent, reflecting the strong partnership between public schools and parents.

Parents were updated about the new school year, educational plans and activities.

They were also handed over files enclosing the voucher, important information about the school year, in addition to introductory cards, schedules and academic calendars.

Dr. bin Ahmed announced that public schools would continue holding induction days on Monday and Tuesday.

He expressed sincere thanks and gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, hailing their support to schools, teaching and administrative staff.

He also extended thanks to educational and administrative staff at public schools, noting their dedicated efforts and contributions to the success of the first induction day.
