Eskan Bank Unveils “Digital Tracking” on Baity 2.1 Platform

Manama: Eskan Bank has launched its new "Digital Tracking" service on the Baity 2.1 platform, aiming to streamline the housing application process for citizens. This service enables users to manage every step of their housing applications and financing options online, from the initial submission to the final fund disbursement.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the "Digital Tracking" service allows users to monitor each stage of their application, identify the responsible authority at each step, and upload necessary documents electronically. This innovation is designed to simplify the entire process and save applicants valuable time.

Khalid Al Khaja, Senior Manager of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Eskan Bank, emphasized that the service is part of the bank's dedication to digital transformation in social housing. He noted that it aims to speed up access to housing finance, minimize procedural delays, and enhance coordination with private-sector partners to bolster the platform's functionality.
