Manama: Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Yasser bin Ibrahim Humaidan: Bahraini engineers have been instrumental in advancing the Kingdom's comprehensive development, guided by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and supported by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Minister Humaidan emphasized that Bahraini Engineer's Day, observed on October 15, is a significant occasion to honor the national talents whose contributions have propelled the Kingdom forward through major projects in crucial sectors.
Minister Humaidan praised the professionalism, innovation, and global competitiveness of Bahraini engineers, particularly those at the Ministry of Electricity and Water Affairs, for their efforts in enhancing infrastructure, service efficiency, and sustainability.
Additionally, he acknowledged the Bahrain Society of Engineers for its significant role in advancing the engineering profession through various training programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing its members' skills.
The minister underlined the importance of empowering national talent in engineering as a fundamental aspect of achieving sustainable development and realizing Bahrain's Economic Vision 2030. He expressed his wishes for continued success to Bahraini engineers in their service to the nation.
