Riffa:His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, met with His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Minister of Energy and Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources of Saudi Arabia, at Riffa Palace.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on bolstering the historic relationship between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. Prince Salman highlighted the commitment of Bahraini leadership, supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the contribution of Saudi leadership under King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, to advance bilateral ties.
The Saudi minister conveyed greetings from King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to King Hamad and Prince Salman, wishing Bahrain continued prosperity. In return, Prince Salman extended greetings and best wishes to the Saudi leadership and expressed the desire for further progress in Saudi Arabia.
Discussions at the meeting included advancing cooperation in energy and industry sectors and addressing common interests. Prince Salman emphasized Bahrain's solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its commitment to supporting measures that protect Saudi security and sovereignty.
Prince Abdulaziz expressed gratitude for Prince Salman's dedication to strengthening the relations between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and wished Bahrain further progress. The meeting was attended by Bahraini officials, including His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
