CPISP hosts online presentations on its ?2023 scholarship program to public and private schools

The Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Program (CPISP), in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, has hosted a series of informative online presentations, detailing 2023 scholarship opportunities for students enrolled in government and private schools across the Kingdom.

The CPISP team highlighted that the application period for its 2023 scholarship program will be on March 1 – 17 March, and called on students to submit their applications on www.cpisp.bh.

The CPISP team added that applicants who meet the program’s criteria will receive an invitation by email for a series of tests to assess their English proficiency and critical reasoning abilities.

The assessments are organised by the CPISP in cooperation with the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF).

The Program’s criteria require applicants to have a Bahraini citizenship, to be enrolled in the 11th grade (or equivalent), and to graduate from secondary school in 2023. In addition, applicants should hold an accumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 97% or above.

During the last stage known as the “Candidacy Program”, a minimum of 60 applicants will be selected based on the results of their qualifying tests and GPA.

Of these 60 applicants, a minimum of 40 will be selected from across public schools and 20 from private schools. The last stage will involve training as well as preparatory online courses for the IELTS and SAT exams. Subsequently, 10 final scholarship recipients will be selected.

Scholarships will be allocated to three males and three females from public schools, and two males and two females from private schools.

The presentations were presented online through TEAMS by Shatha Ahmed Ali, The CPISP Director of Finance & Administration Affairs and Fatema Al Qattan, PR & Media Specialist at the Program, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education.
