Manama: The Ministry of Works has announced the closure of the fast lane on Shaikh Khalifa Bin Salman Highway due to emergency waterproofing maintenance at the Buri Underpass. This closure affects southbound traffic heading towards Zallaq, with two lanes remaining open for traffic movement.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the closure will occur over the weekend, starting from Friday, July 25, 2025, at 1:00 a.m. until Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 5:00 a.m. The Ministry urges all road users to adhere strictly to traffic regulations to ensure the safety of everyone on the road.
