The General Assembly ratified the Society's literary and financial reports and reviewed its relief and humanitarian initiatives from the past two years. The Board of Directors' report underscored BRCS's significant contributions to regional relief efforts, responding to appeals from the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organisation and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies to aid disaster and war victims.
The report elaborated on BRCS's relief activities in the Gaza Strip, in partnership with civil and charitable entities in Bahrain, and detailed aid campaigns for flood victims in Libya and earthquake survivors in Morocco.

Approximately 2,000 families received financial and in-kind assistance after social assessments. The Society also initiated several programs in collaboration with Bahraini NGOs, distributing wheelchairs, medical beds, clothing, and other essentials.
The assembly also evaluated the performance of BRCS's committees, including the Social Services Committee, the First Aid Committee, participation in the Bahrain Hajj Mission through an ambulance service, the Disasters Team, and others. The Society's involvement in regional and international conferences and events was also discussed.
Following the Board of Directors meeting, BRCS hosted its annual Ramadan gathering, where several members, volunteers, and partners of the Society were honored.
