Manama, School teams from various countries continued their competitions on the second day of the International School Sports Federation (ISF) Gymnasiade Bahrain 2024, with enthusiastic support from large audiences. As of now, Brazil led the overall rankings with a total of 64 medals, comprising 26 gold, 22 silver, and 16 bronze. Romania ranked second with a total of 79 medals, excelling in silver and bronze despite a smaller count in gold medals, 21. China followed in third place with 29 medals. Among Arab nations, Algeria ranked sixth with 35 medals, followed by Morocco in seventh. Host nation Bahrain achieved commendable results, securing 21 medals, including five gold, five silver, and 11 bronze, placing them tenth in the overall rankings. The United Arab Emirates is in sixteenth place with six medals. Athletes continue to compete in pursuit of further medals, receiving robust support from local and international fans who celebrate youth achievements in an atmosphere filled with excitement and chall enge.
