Cairo: Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Arab Republic of Egypt and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States, stated that His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, attending the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) opening on behalf of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, showcases the strong relations between Bahrain and Egypt. According to Bahrain News Agency, Ambassador Zainal highlighted that under His Majesty the King's leadership, the Kingdom prioritizes Arab and international cultural cooperation, with a belief in dialogue among civilizations as vital for peace and mutual understanding. The event is seen as an opportunity to enhance cultural and tourism exchanges between Bahrain and Egypt, fostering initiatives that promote communication between the two nations.
The ambassador noted that culture and civilization act as a common language that unites people.
