Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,923.39 points, marking a decrease of 1.92 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to a drop in the financial sector and the real estate sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 900.21 points, marking a decrease of 6.02 points below the previous closing. Results indicated that 97 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,530,869 worth BD 370,787. Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 44.79% of the total value of securities traded.
