Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,059.92 points, marking a decrease of 0.17 points below the previous closing. This decline was attributed to the downturn in the financial and industrial sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index, on the other hand, closed at 1,025.15 points, reflecting an increase of 1.37 points above the previous closing. The stock market activity included 73 equity transactions with a trading volume of 1,662,391, amounting to BD 294,940.
Investors predominantly traded in the financial sector, which represented 64.90% of the total value of securities traded.
