Bahrain Stock Indices Record Decline Amid Sectoral Downtrends

Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,902.15 points, marking a decrease of 8.18 points below the previous closing. This decline is attributed to drops in the communication services, financial, material, and real estate sectors.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also experienced a decrease, closing at 792.35 points, which is 1.00 point below its previous close. The trading session saw 78 equity transactions with a volume of 1,640,893, amounting to BD 304,539 in total value.

Investors predominantly traded in the financial sector, which accounted for 66.94% of the total value of securities traded during the session.
