Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,904.43 points, marking an increase of 2.37 points above the previous closing. This uptick was driven by gains in the communications service sector and the financial sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw a rise, closing at 789.81 points, an increase of 0.49 points over the prior closing. The trading session recorded 62 equity transactions, with a total volume of 2,891,540 and a value of BD 696,578.
Investors focused primarily on the financial sector, which accounted for 86.48% of the total value of securities traded, reflecting the sector's significant influence on the market's performance.
