Bahrain Anticipates Weather Improvement by Mid-Next Week

Manama: The Meteorological Directorate at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications announced that the Kingdom of Bahrain will experience a noticeable improvement in weather conditions by mid-next week, as northerly winds become active again and affect the country’s atmosphere.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Meteorological Directorate stated that winds are expected to gradually shift to northwesterly from the evening of Monday, November 17, with speeds ranging from light to moderate.

Forecasts indicate that wind speeds will increase on Tuesday to become moderate to strong, continuing until Thursday, November 20. This may cause rising dust in some areas and a noticeable drop in humidity levels.

Temperatures are also expected to decline gradually towards the end of the week, with highs of around 26 C and lows of 17 C. The actual feel will be cooler during the night and early morning due to the effect of the northerly winds.

The Meteorological Directorate urged the public, especially seafarers, to exercise caution and follow official weather updates and warnings issued through its various channels.
