Manama: The first round of political consultations between Bahrain and Slovenia took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, overseen by Shaikh Abdullah bin Ali Al Khalifa, Director General of Bilateral Relations, and Marko Stucin, State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia. This meeting marks a significant step in fostering diplomatic ties between the two nations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Abdullah bin Ali highlighted Bahrain's dedication to enhancing cooperation with Slovenia in political, economic, and other fields to benefit both countries' interests. He emphasized the importance of these consultations in strengthening bilateral relations.
Marko Stucin, representing Slovenia, expressed a strong interest in deepening relations with Bahrain, acknowledging the positive outcomes of the consultations in promoting bilateral cooperation. He noted the importance of these discussions in paving the way for future collaboration.
