Bahrain and Jordan Conclude 22nd Joint Military Committee Meeting

Manama: Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defence Force, led the Bahraini delegation at the 22nd meeting of the Bahrain-Jordan Joint Higher Military Committee. His counterpart, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al Huneiti, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Jordanian Armed Forces, headed the Jordanian delegation.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Lt. Gen. Al Nuaimi praised the strong relations between Bahrain and Jordan, highlighting their cooperation in various sectors, with a particular emphasis on military collaboration. This cooperation is guided by the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

During the meeting, both sides examined several agenda items focused on enhancing military cooperation. They deliberated on joint military projects involving the Bahrain Defence Force and the Jordanian Armed Forces.

At the meeting's conclusion, both parties signed the minutes of the 22nd Bahrain-Jordan Joint Higher Committee meeting. This marked a commitment to further develop their cooperation and continue the exchange of military expertise between the two nations.
