Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,076.00 points, marking a decrease of 1.45 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to the drop in the material sector and the real estate sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 1,008.47 points, marking a decrease of 1.74 points below the previous closing. Results indicated that 89 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,785,835 worth BD 425,039.
Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 69.47% of the total value of securities traded.
