Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,042.56 points, marking an increase of 2.49 points above the previous closing. This growth was attributed to gains in the communication services sector, the financial sector, and the material sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index declined, closing at 967.78 points, a decrease of 0.71 points from the prior closing. The trading session saw 78 equity transactions with a volume of 1,003,733, amounting to BD 364,358 in value.
Investors showed a particular focus on the financial sector, which accounted for 44.65% of the total value of securities traded during the session.
